All purchases and orders are final sale, with the exception of eligible returns for store credit as outlined in our Return Policy below

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

 

A. RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND STORE CREDIT POLICY

  • Returns and Exchanges: All returns and exchanges are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued once the items have been received, inspected, and approved. The items must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, promotional items, special release items, and collaboration items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted only for the correct item or size. Once an item is exchanged, it becomes final sale and is ineligible for further returns or exchanges.

  • Restock Fees: Restocking fees apply to certain returns and exchanges (see Section D for more details).

 

B. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Carriers: All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL.

  • Domestic Delivery: Please allow up to 5 business days for domestic delivery after your order ships.

  • International Delivery: Please allow up to 14 business days for international orders after your order ships.

  • Split Shipments: Items may ship from various locations, or orders with multiple items may be split into separate shipments.

  • Shipping Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be changed or intercepted after an order has shipped.

  • Signature Requirement: For customer protection, a signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Please contact pourlescultives@gmail.com for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

C. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Final Sale for International Orders: All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility upon package arrival. Re-routing costs are also the recipient's responsibility.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an item in error, please contact customer service at pourlescultives@gmail.com.

 

D. ORDER PROCESSING

Upon receiving confirmation of your order, it indicates that we have initiated the processing of your order request. This confirmation does not imply that your order has been accepted, shipped, or that the availability and price of an item have been confirmed. Additional verification or information might be required before an order is accepted due to security screening purposes.

  • Processing Time: Please allow for a processing time of up to 3-5 business days.

  • Cancellation Requests: Requesting a cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be canceled. Please be mindful of this before making any purchases.

  • No Cancellations for Promotional/Sale/Special Release Items: These items are final sale and are ineligible for cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges unless damaged.

 

E. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • Product Pricing: Prices displayed on the website exclude taxes. Taxes may be automatically added to your total depending on your state of residence.

  • Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: We retain the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to incomplete payment or shipping information, limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product information, use of automated devices, violation of Terms and Conditions, or suspected fraud.

 

F. RESTOCK FEE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Restocking fees will apply to returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • Rejected, abandoned, or improperly returned packages.

  • Returns made outside the designated return process.

  • Returns due to incorrect sizes, dissatisfaction (unless damaged), improper credit card usage, suspected reselling, and user errors such as accidental purchasing.

Restocking fees will be deducted from the store credit issued:

  • Orders/items totaling $100.00 and over will be charged a $50.00 restocking fee.

  • Orders/items under $100.00 will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

 

G. LATE OR MISSING STORE CREDIT

If you have not received your store credit:

  1. Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a confirmation of your store credit.
